What are Pocket Stones?  Good question.  It's really a made up name for stones that you can put in your pocket for encouragment.  These little stones or rocks usually have some sort of written message, verse or text that can be a reminder or encourager throughout your day and easily read as you keep it in your pocket.  Pocket Stones are great for yourself or gift giving.
